Hello,

I have an IPC-HDW5231R-ZE bought from @EMPIRETECANDY and running the following firmware,

System Version2.640.0000002.0.R, Build Date: 2018-05-23
WEB VersionV3.2.1.582554
ONVIF Version16.12(V2.4.3.574996)

I have setup the camera as follows,

Both the main and sub stream are at 10 FPS. However, at the client side I see 10FPS for SubStream (MainGate-1) but only 4 FPS for the MainStream (MainGateHD-1). Any idea what could be the issue?

I have another camera IPC-HDW2231R-ZS (running firmware 2.640.0000001.0.R, Build Date: 2018-04-23) with the same configuration and it has the correct FPS on both streams.
Thanks

Updated the camera to 2.622.0000000.31.R, Build Date: 2018-08-13 with the same result.

Looks like the low FPS is caused by Audio. The Audio was only enabled on the Main Stream. As soon as i disabled the audio, the FPS on the MainStream became 10. Is it possible to have Audio and Low FPS at the same time?

What software are your streaming the camera to?
