lost dongles in BI

Update to windows 10 and and upgrade to BI latest. Now I do not have any menus to move camera around/pan/zoom

right click...make sure show ptz controlled is checked...

it is clicked on. I even reinstalled the demo and having the same issue.
If I could the screen shot I would.
