lost 2032 (ch) after upgrade

Hi,
my chinese 2cd2032Fi 5.2.5 141201 give's no response after upgrade to 5.4.5...
Led's showing but thats all..
some way to recover?

That's known as Hikvision's Catch-22 punishment for buying the camera on-line.

Quite a lot of reading - but check out this, much used :
Hikvision DS-2CD2x32-I (R0) brick-fix tool / full upgrade method / fixup roundup.

It will test your attention span - but allow you to unbrick and fully upgrade your camera.
