Losing video stream?

Love this app. It's worked perfectly for a while. Then slowly I noticed the video stream began to freeze and then I lose it altogether. It comes and goes if you leave it alone. Audio is fine regardless of video. I'm using a Dahua DH-IPC-HFW2831T-ZAS connected directly to my router. No PC or NVR. Tried Dahua, generic and ONVIF for a camera brand. I've tried software decoding and hardware/hardware+. Doesn't seem to make a difference. The issues is the same on both my Adroid phone and Galaxy tablet. Video is fine on IE on the laptop. Really would like to figure out what's going on.

Any suggestions?

On what device is Tinycam installed that it's "freezing" on?
Is this device running on Wi-Fi?

You can possibly mitigate some of the wireless issues (short of using a local spectrum analyzer) by trying another channel an/or trying another band if possible (5 GHz vs 2.4).

Good suggestions. Thanks. But didn't help. Tried both 2.4 and 5 GHz. No change. I have iDMSS on my wife's iPhone and it works perfectly if that helps.

Have you tried pulling a substream from the camera and not the main stream?
This would reduce overhead for the tablet. It may be choking on the 4k.
The iDMSS app is probably using a substream.

Substream ran fine. Then went back to Main and so far, it seems stable. Not sure why but hopefully that fixed it. (fingers crossed) Thanks!
