I have a Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS for about a year now and the video has frozen on me at least twice over the last few months. Strange thing is that the time still displays correctly but the actual camera image is frozen. Only when I reboot the camera does it the video then refresh. This presents a problem as I never know if the video image I am seeing is live or a frozen image. Anyone know what could be wrong?

How are you viewing the video? NVR, BI, web GUI, or some other software?
Is this during live view or reviewing stored video?

I view the video using BI. When I noticed the freeze (due to hearing noises coming from the room the camera was in), but not seeing anything moving on the camera and the clock still working, I went to the Web GUI and got the same thing. This is for live view. I am not recording continuously on that camera. I have 3 other of the same camera and have not run into this issue on those (that I am aware of). They are all hard wired with POE.
make a hard reset to the camera, and make a updating for the firmware too.
