I'm not able to get Tinycam to work with a Lorex NVR. I can connect remotely to the NVR via PC and the Flir app works on IOS. The Flir app does not work for Android. The NVR is set to h265. Do I need to change the settings in the NVR? In the remote channel, they are all set to 1. This seems pretty basic so I'm a little frustrated that I can't get it to work. Thanks

Hi @t84a

Test using a PC on your LAN with VLC and see if you can see the stream.
 
Can you provide us a temporary live access to your Lorex NVR? We will try to fix that issue.

I sent you an email with a screenshot. The system is actually a client's and I can hand over access. This should be an easy fix. Just let me know what screenshots you need and I'll send them. Thanks
