lorex N882 not sending motion email notifications problem

My Lorex N882 NVR is not sending motion notifications emails on motion. I enabled the health emails so that it sends a email every hour and can confirm that I've gotten every email. Checking the firewall logs I don't see any rejections from the NVR. The logs on the NVR show that there are motion events.

I have the LNE9282B/IPC-HDW5831R-ZE cameras connected directly to the NVR POE switch ports.
 
Did it use to work or is it a new setup for you? On mine (N842 so might be a bit different) I have to enable for each camera. In the WEB SERVICE: Events -> Motion -> Motion Detect tab -> pick each camera -> More Settings button -> Send Email checkbox -> OK -> OK on the main screen (don't forget this second OK or it won't save).
