Lorex FXC32BK and Dahua Smart PSS

Can anyone recommend how to get Lorex's new wireless IP cameras (Model FXC32BK) to work with Smart PSS? When I do a search it doesn't show up and if i try to add the camera manually it stays offline.

Works great on mobile apps but I cannot integrate it into Smart PSS.

Thanks for any advice.

(Latest version of Smart PSS btw)
