Loose access to 2CD2145F

Hi,

Since Few days i lost access to my 2CD2145F-IS V5.3.3, always present with a scan IP, but impossible to Connect on it with web interface, port 80, 8000,443.
With ivs i see that the 3 services are closed, no opened port..

So i think i must restore factory firmware with a hard reset ? But i Will loose my language ? And go to China Right?
any help is welcome!

Yes, but when try to connect as admin i've got a time out message

Anything change on the camera just before it stopped working?

If SADP can see it maybe try a full port scan?

Tryed, no opened port
I made a hard reset, i can connect again with 80 port.
