Looping video

When I look at my BI recordings, I noticed that sometimes the video repeats itself. Another issue I have had is a clock appearing in upper right corner and it seems to loose the feed or get behind?

I am on UI3 version 144, Blue Iris version: 5.3.9.17
Server status is Processor at about 25% and memory around 40%.

This has happened since I installed BI and set it up. I have not had time to deal with it earlier.

Get message in yellow at bottom right of screen: "Delay exceeds 60 seconds, the stream is being restarted" or something similar.

are you access BI using UI3 remotely or are you on your home network ?
What is on the UI3 screen when you receive the problem (one camera...20 cameras...) ?
If remotely then you have more data than the internet connection can process.

accessing it from home network.
I believe it happens on one camera or multi cameras view.

are you accessing on your home network on WIFI or wired.
What browser are you using ?
Try running the UI3 interface on the BI machine directly, does the problem happen there.

I am running BI on a Dell XPS with an i7, 2600, 3.4GHz processor and 16G of RAM.
