Look at Dahua POE+ distance it is 250M. This is a good solution for long runs. As the distance increases there is a speed drop, but it will not effect camera performance.

Use only solid copper, 23 AWG ethernet wire. , no CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum). Look at MONOPRICE Bulk cable.

TEST do not guess.

Is there power at the other end?

You may find that very good quality cable will work okay, but if there is power at the other end, you could run fiber

Yes, I have power, but I do not yet the temperature in summer.

Can't be warmer than Houston, and I run all sorts of stuff in my hot garage

Are all these cameras in different locations are are some together? Could run a single run of fiber, and then a switch to multiple cameras from there

wire it up (+1 on quality cable!) and see what's not working (if anything) then add another ethernet switch in the middle of that run, somewhere. easy-peasy.

Yes, I am thinking about this option to have switch by fiber in middle on my way and share the load.
