Im looking for an NVR that will handle...

12- 4MP Starlight Turret IP camera
7- 8MP IR Fixed Dome Network Camera
4- 4MP IR Wedge Camera

Does such a beast exist?

12- 4MP Starlight Turret IP camera, based on your budget, cheap ones like IPC-T2431T-AS, if has good budget use IPC-T5442TM-AS or IPC-T5442T-ZE. Has big difference on pics.
7- 8MP IR Fixed Dome Network Camera, Check the IPC-T2831T-ZS, or IPC-T2831TM-AS dome ones not very good.
4- 4MP IR Wedge Camera, has 5MP IPC-E3541F-AS-M.

I think the Pro Series would handle it but you may want to step up to the Ultra series for performance.
