I have the IPCamPower and haven't had any issues with it so far. I purchased mine used from Nelly's Security Garage Sale.

I would very highly recommend the Tripp-Lite NG8POE if you need to add POE to an existing network. Desktop or rack options in the box, fanless and very well made. And the price is very good.

I have the 18 port version of the BV Tech one listed. It is silent had I haven't had any issues with it in the 3 months or so I've been using it.
