Looking for 5v WIFI spy cam

So someone keeps taking other residents cloths out of the washer/dryers at the apartments I own and live at. I am not trying to creep anyone out by putting a normal sized camera setup in the laundry room. Would love to have a solution I could put that would be powered by 5v and use WIFI. I could tuck in the drop ceiling temporarily.

is a shared room with other residents? It could be illegal, better check. In case is allowed, could it be 12Vdc, instead of 5Vdc?
