Longse NVR 9809A Broken

Hi dear friends,

My NVR Longse brokes suddenly, i contacted the Longse techinician and they sended one update firmware " Hi3798_AutoUpdate.bin 73 MB " but i try 3 times and nothing happened .

I plugged one U-disk on NVR and he starts flashing but any beep during the update, i only saw one yellow bar under the message logo " NVR Initializing ".

Anyone have any suggestion to help me ?
