Long range video monitor

Hi all!
I'm newbie here and want your help.

Here is my question, assume that I have 150m far Fiber Optic connection from a NVR. On that location I have to Install a video monitor. How to do that? I can use a wireless video transmitter unite. But I need to know how to transmit video using Fiber Optic and Ethernet. And I have to install two video monitors using this method. Any ideas?
