Hello and good morning.

I recently (yesterday) upgraded my BlueIris to the latest version (4.3.7.1).

When I got to my office this AM, where I usually remote into the webserver for camera viewing, I couldn't log into my BlueIris Webserver from ONE of my TWO PCs. The PC (laptop with IE 11) that I usually use for my blue iris viewing just keeps reloading the same login screen after I put in my username and password.

I then try to login using a different laptop (also using IE 11) and I am able to login just fine and go about my business. So, it is only 1 of my 2 computers, both using the same version of IE and windows, that isn't working.

Here are some troubleshooting steps I've already done:
1. Deleted all browsing history and password from laptop that's having the issue
2. installed the latest/greatest version of BI Tools
3. tried adding an additional user account on my BI server to try and log in with.

After those steps, nothing worked.

I AM able to log in using chrome but, alas, chrome doesn't let me fast forward, rewind, etc. Basically it has very limited functionality compared to IE.

Any help is REALLY appreciated. I am driving myself crazy.

I see you have my custom login page, which means you also have my ui2.htm page. If you load that in chrome, you'll be able to fast forward, rewind, etc. However the frame rate isn't going to be as good because ui2 has to use jpeg video.

If you want to figure out what is wrong with IE, try pressing F12 and load the "Console" tab. Make sure the "Clear on navigate" button is unmarked so it will retain log entries after the login attempt. See if anything gets written to that console while you are attempting to log in.

Thank you for your help.

Google Chrome:
I tried using google chrome but when I replay clips, i don't see any fast forward or rewind buttons on the screen like I do in IE. I also tried installing activeX controls but it kept telling me "please use JAVA page for this browser". below are a few screen shots. It keeps telling me to install activeX 4.0.0.4 each time I load the screen, even though I have already installed it. When I click on it, it downloads 'Xcastinstall.exe'. I run that link and it installs but activex doesn't work.

Internet Explorer
More importantly (since I don't mind using IE vs Chrome), I tried your steps and the 'clear on navigate button' WAS checked. I unchecked it and tried to login but got the same error.
Here is a screen shot of the error messages. Please help!

I didn't follow the BI Tools instructions exactly.

Chrome:
I was just going to http://IP:Port/ like normal on chrome for my BI webserver. I looked at your instructions and I finally went to http://IP:Port/ui2.htm and got it working while using google chrome.

INternet Explorer:
The internet explorer peice still isn't working, however. I tried both http://IP:Port and http://IP:Port/ui2.htm and still getting same error:

It is unclear what is going on, because I can't see the full login URL in any of your screenshots. I almost can in your most recent, but the address bar isn't wide enough.

If you want, you could try the new login page I have been working on. I rewrote it from scratch, so it may work where the old one does not:

Here is another few screenshots using internet explorer. One is just going to my http://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1051 where the X's represent the IP address of my server.. The 2nd is using http://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1051/ui2.htm I hope this helps with your diagnosis.

I tried using your new login and replaced the old and the exact same thing happens but the errors look a little different:

I'm clueless. Not even having cookies disabled lets me reproduce your problem in IE. Sorry.
