My Blue Iris server is on the same host computer as a Yawcam stream. When I try to setup the Yawcam stream as a camera through BI, it gives me a the error, "HTTP 12029". For the IP address, I have used both loopback ipv4 IP addresses (127.0.0.1 and localhost) as the IP address as well as the computer's LAN ipv4 address. Does anybody know if BI supports loopback IP's or not?

UPDATE!: I have fixed the issue. For anyone else having this issue with Yawcam please read the following.
To setup a YawCam stream on Blue Iris v5, the exact format of the IP address box in camera settings should be; "xxx.xxx.x.x:port". The problem originally was that I was getting an IP address error, to fix this add the suffix ":port" to the IP address instead of just "xxx.xxx.x.x" in the IP address box.

Apparently ":port" means an emoji.
Yeah, about the only way to post a semicolon and the letter P is the same method for posting URL's, by using the Insert "Code" feature above when you're in the posting mode (the 3 horizontal dots with down arrow).
Your semi-colon + P would look like this:
Code:
:Port
Instead of this :port
