I have an X-Security model XS-IDPM985ZWH-2 IP camera that was gifted to me by a relative in Europe. It is the same form-factor as my Dahua IPC-5231R-ZE's, and the camera UI appears to be identical to them.
In fact, other than it has no sound, it seems identical to the 5231's.
The current firmware shows as: V2.800.100B000.0.R, Build Date: 2019-01-19
I'm wondering if I can install a Dahua firmware image on it, and, if so, which one?
