Here is another video from our favorite plaza. The guy in the car was in an argument with the bald guy a few minutes before this clip started. He left and when we started the clip was when he returned a few minutes later. He jumped out of the car and fired a warning round first before pointing it at the bald guy. Everyone else around seemed to flinch and run except for the victim. This is an ongoing investigation. We notified P.D. immediately, who responded with in minutes. The crime scene unit arrived shortly afterwards and retrieved the empty casing.
