"line is busy" on VTO3211D-P2 & VTH5221DW

Hi all

I'm stuck with this and the guy who installed it cannot help either.
So the combo has been working until the NVR broke down and got replaced with a newer 4K/h.265 capable model and these problems started.

It's not possible to use the live view (image stays black even though the time counter runs) when someone rings the door, and on top of that, you get the "line is busy" message on the VTO.
The VTH rings and takes snapshots but that's it.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Hey i hate to ask but i have had good luck curing those lil issues with a power cycle

Don't feel bad @nickmroz , tried that of course but to no avail...
I don't know if this has anything to do with it: when installing the new NVR I did add the VTO to it but removed it again.
