I have push notifications setup through my ivm4500 android app. When receiving the push notification I have the option of viewing live and remote playback. Live view works fine from the notification but the remote playback does not. It says no record file available within the app. Minutes later it says opening file, but it does not. Nvr is setup to record continious. What do I have to change to be able to view the line crossing event within my phone?
