Lightning flash vs AI

Hey All;

I was wondering if anyone else has found that a lightning flash (at night) makes Code Project detect existing vehicles as new ones? I was wondering if there may be any sort of work around?

Last night every time there was a flash of lightning, my AI trigger went off.

What are you using to trigger? If motion you could setup zones or ignore entire screen changes.

I am using motion to trigger. I set ignore if >40% scene change happens. Hopefully that fixes the lightning. I also noticed it was triggering whenever a bit of dusty snow blowed off my roof. It looks like it maybe partially obscuring one of the parked cars, then when it clears it thinks it is a new one.
