Light Blue Border around camera

I have one camera that I am trying to use for LPR and it constantly has this blue border showing up around it.
It also is not triggering when zone crossing occurs (may be related, not sure).
Any idea what the blue indicates?

I believe it means motion detection is disabled. Have a look in the help file to confirm.

Good call, @th182. From BI's 'Help', performing a find of "border":

"If you uncheck the option to Change the camera border with its state, it will remain white regardless of whether there’s motion, it’s triggered, etc. If you would like to know when the motion detector is disabled, it is possible to have the border painted blue in this case. You may choose to have No border when a camera is full-screen."
