The one camera pointing at the shipping container.. you might have better captures with replacing it with the PTZ SD49225XA-HNR. You could have gotten a good face capture when the person walked back to the car and the plate too

You really need to look at each camera individually. How far away are the plates you are looking to read, what angle will it be at. The 5241E-Z12E will work for all applications, but it appears to be overkill for what you have shown. And it is 2.5 times the price of the camera @wittaj linked. The Z12E is a great camera, just may be more than you need.
