License entered too many time

Hi
I am in trouble due to update I get "not registered ..." on my pictures
Blue Iris suggest I install an old version and Tony send me one that I install
Now I have "License entered too many time!"
see attached

What should I do?

E-mail support at " support@blueirissoftware.com " , state the issue you're having, include your license key info and give them some time to respond.

I am not convinced that deactivating does anything to prevent this.
