Legacy D-Link Cameras and Blue Iris and/or Google Home

Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first post (already read all the onboarding materials, thank you)... :)

Concisely, I own dozens of D-Link cameras, including DCS-5222L, DCS-942L, and DCS-932L. I have so many of them, that it is not worth it to replace them with newer models, because that would be too expensive and I hate the idea of "throwing them out". Is there a way that I can connect those legacy D-Link cameras to Blue Iris and/or Google Home (via a bridge or a hub or custom firmware or something else)? Please advise.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide!

In Blue Iris there are about 50 different D-Link models listed in a drop-down menu using MJPEG and RTSP streams. I would be VERY surprised if you had trouble getting any of your cams to work.

I suggest you download version 5, install and operate as a trial until you're convinced it's a green light for your cams!

And welcome to IPCT!
