There's nothing more infuriating than a lazy, careless, incompetent idiot who you have to rely on for the day to day necessities from Amazon.

He even had the audacity to take the necessary Amazon delivered pictures from his van, displaying his shitty results from his pathetic throws. This idiot truly has the "I don't give a fuck" mentality.

I clicked the "not so good" delivery button if that counts. Lol. I don't believe there is a real way to complain about delivery drivers

I've complained about their drivers multiple times and supplied them with video. Over time they finally got it right, well mostly right anyway, Unfortunately, the URL I used to contact Zombiezon with no longer gets you in contact with them. Apparently their business model includes not wanting to hear what they're doing wrong.

Whenever I get a delivery from Amazon (several times a week) I usually get an email notification with a picture of the packages and a link - 'How was your delivery' that takes me to a page where I can rate the delivery. My drivers are usually excellent. Of course, having a video camera in plain sight next to the front door may help with that...

You mean these? I already attached them in my first post. And as you can see in the second picture he took my PTZ is in clear view directly above the thrown package. This idiot simply doesn't care.

The only hope there is to ask for a phone call, and that happens from halfway around the world. The "chat" is an automated, canned answer, useless waste of time.

I'd be pretty pissed if this MOFO slacker was driving over my lawn, multiple times. He needs to be schooled on his delivery methods.
I think if you look at his resume, his only previous job was newspaper delivery. And he probably got fired from that job for incompetence.

Standard qualification for a Zombiezon delivery driver is to not be able to drive a small car, let alone a high top van, especially in reverse.

I would put some stragtically placed barrels on your drive, so he can't pull in your drive. Make him walk his ass from the street.
