LaView and Hikvision the same camera?

Hello,
It's my understanding that Hikvision and LaView are the same (rebranded). However, I don't see a hikvision 4mp camera that matches this la view one...

Basically, but the LaView typically is missing features that would be found in the HIK version.

By the way, WIFI for surveillance sucks.

This is a much better cam for a tad more money.
