That's how it's turned over to the customer. What they do with the keys after that is on them.

@hook3m was the cabinet preassembled. I like the Tripp lite cabinets from experience but they are pricy compared to Chinese cabinets on ebay

Tripp lite cabinets are pretty well preassembled though

It does not come assembled but it is easy to put together. Takes about 10 min tops.
