Language Mismatch DS-2CD3145F-IS

I have a Chinese DS-2CD3145F-IS V5.3.8build 160108 which is coming up with a language mismatch.

Is it possible to hack it so the NVR will see it, will I need to find 5.3.8 CN to do it?
