Just upgraded to 5.7.5 - April 20, 2023 and lost all my alerts, new, stored, and all clips and my database as well as anything on my timeline. I looked at my hard drive and the database and alerts fold files are still there. They just are not showing up on Blue Iris. Also it is not showing any new recordings either. Any ideas?

Thank you,

Rick

That is what happens when you live on the bleeding edge LOL.

Make sure to send a report to BI.

If you rollback does everything return?

How do you roll back? Just install the last good update?

Awesome!

Please report the issue to BI so they can address it in the next update!

Did you do a repair/regenerate, delete & regenerate or anything to try and fix the database before you rolled back?
No, I did not. I rolled it back and it is all working ok now.

The rollback is the better option because a delete of the DB would then not show any alerts if he rolled back.

I saw the same.
My fix was to simply restart the service.
No rollback or database repair/regenerate, or delete & regenerate needed.

Interesting. I also updated BI and did not have this issue. My database seems to have been read fully no problem.

I just updated as well. Afterwards the clips were not visible on the left side of the dashboard as usual, but I just clicked on the "show/hide clips" icon in the upper left corner and they returned.

I reinstalled the update and it worked this time. Thanks for all the suggestions.
