JSON api unreachable

Hi All,
Recently upgrade my version of BI and now the UI3 browser interface comes up with a yellow message at the bottom of the page every time I use it. Can't find any info on what has changed. Your esteemed help would be appreciated.

Didn't get any response to my post without an image, so I thought that I'd add a screenshot

Same here: as soon as a virtual directory is added (with both leading and trailing slash), this error pops up.
Please note: this is using a direct connection to the BI server, not through any reverse proxy...
Anyone any thoughts?

Same here... no reverse proxy. Here is the URL
