Anyone try an Xbox one controller as a joystick for ptz cameras?

We use an XBox One controller (use the XBox One rather than 360, just feels better) along with software from camcontroller.com here at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, MI. We are using it in a couple different venues (GYM, Stadium, Chapel and Security Office). Most are multi-camera setups, that we do live streaming with (primarily Axis cameras, but have SONY SDI in our chapel and RS232 Control) in our chapel. Security cameras are using ONVIF protocol, mixture of Honeywell, LTS and Axis cameras.

It has worked well, and would be happy to share some links if that helps.

I remember watching a documentary where the US military used Xbox 360 controllers to control bomb robots because of how familiar the controls were to the soldiers.
