IVS rule not adrearing to schedule

Hi all,

I think this is a bug.

I have a DHI-NVR5432-4KS2 (with firmware V4.001.0000007.1, Build Date: 27-08-2021) NVR and a number of cameras.

I have set 4 IVS rules in the NVR.
3 rules have a 24 hour schedule.
1 rule has a schedule set for 1AM - 5AM. This rule has the "send e-mail" function set.

The problem is that I keet getting emails 24/7 and not only between 1-5AM (for this particular camera).

Hope someone has some advice.

Have you checked the camera interface itself or did you set in the NVR?

Are you certain that specific rule is the one firing the email?

Try making the setting in the camera UI itself, save/refresh and then reboot
