IVS on IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3?

@EMPIRETECANDY I picked up a IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 from your Amazon store and according to the specifications on your website, the camera should have the following IVS features.

IVS (Perimeter Protection)

Intrusion, tripwire, fast moving (the three functions support the classification and accurate detection of vehicle and human); loitering detection, people gathering, and parking detection

When I go to the Events tab, I don't see any IVS options. The only Smart Motion Detection options are people and motor vehicle detection. I don't see any options for tripwire, intrusion or any other IVS options listed in the specs. My camera came with the following software:

How do I get IVS enabled?

Turn off Motion Detection

Turn off Smart Motion Detection.

Select Smart Plan and then IVS shows up.

You use either IVS or MD/SMD, not all 3.

On cameras with newer firmware, IVS if found under the AI tab and not the Event tab.
