IVS event records to SD card but nothing in BI

I just upgraded to the latest firmware on two IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 cameras. I've tried to use the new 'Stay' function and it didn't appear to work - until I checked the recordings on the SD card and sure enough, it captured and showed the rule triggered. However, nothing on BI. I have 3 other IVS rules (tripwires & intrusion) that record on both SD and in BI. So far, I've had BI re-detect the cameras but the issue remains.

One thing I didn't do is a full factory reset after the FW upgrade, not wanting to lose my schedules. Other than the new Stay rule not triggering BI,, everything works.

I've looked at Onvif manager and it looks like the onvif event for Stay isn't being sent (tripwire & intrusion are). The event log in BI also doesn't see anything for the Stay event/rule. (I'm not really experienced with Onvif Device Manager).

Is there anything that needs to be set in the camera UI to get this event to send an Onvif even? If a full device reset is required, will a settings export be reloadable after the reset and will it include time schedules?

I have seen something like this before but don't recall details.

Personally, since it is adding a new feature I would factory reset and set the camera up from scratch.

But first, did you try the find/inspect in BI?

Yes...twice (I used the wrong term in my post)

As to factory reset - can I export my config/settings in the UI (before factory reset) then import after (I've never used that function before)?
