I have 3 Hikvision cameras using iVMS 4500 on an android and iPhone. The issue started today with only getting a live picture of one camera. The other two would say [No more user can be logged in]. I haven't added any more devices connecting to my home network with this software. Thanks for any help.

on your phone app click on devices which opens up the white page that will have alias register mode ect, on the top right in the red tap the pencil box which changes to a square box with a circle tap again then it updates then log back into devices and try i had a problem once the nvr updated the camera configurations but my app wouldn't read the cameras doing this it kind of updated the app settings to the newer nvr settings
On my PC I can see all three cameras. I even get text messages when the cameras detect motion. It is just the Hikvision app that won't let me view live video.
