Hi, you’ll have to excuse my lack of knowledge with this, but I’ve fitted 2 hikvision ip cameras to my house and set them up using the web server and hol connect, I can live view from my phone on and off my network but I can only remote playback on my network.... if I try outside of network it says “parameter error” also won’t let me have alerts outside network aswell?? Is it just a case of some settings to change on the web server page??
