IVMS-4500 not working on IPhone

Hi All,
I am using the INMS-4500 mobile app and I am on Verizon FIOS. Now this mobile app was woring about 3 ays ago, but it has stopped working for some reason. I made sure that ports 82 and 8000(those are the ports I was told to use) are forwarded from the IP address for my camera. But nothing seems to work anymore.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not even sure where to start for screenshots.

I am an hik dealer and have had 4 customers contact me in the last 24 hours reporting similar issues. There must be something going on
 
Thanks. It started working again last night, then this morning it stopped again. It says DDNS server internal error. Any ideas?
