IVMS 4500 loading slowly ( about 4 seconds )

Hi.
Have you guys already noticed that ivms 4500 ( mine is samsung )
loads/ starts up 3 or 4 seconds later then it normally does ?

i have it on 3 different phones ( each different cameras configured on it )

if it the version 4.5 or 4.5.1 i was having the same issue, went back to a earlier version and it fixed it
i'm running 4.4.2 and have no issues

i also found this also a bug going from fluent to clear how can i downgrade the firmware

I'm having the same issue with the ivms4500 mine only shows one channel and then going off was working fine this morning ... tried to contact hikvision Support usa via email ... nothing yet..oh well guess I will have to download an old version .. already tried guardian vision and it doesn't work either .. which one you guys recommend?? Thank you in advance

Wow... They responded to my email ... they already fix the issue .. Fantastic now I VMS 4500 is working again..

I would not recommend version (4.4.1) they were having issues with that version .. freezing problem on clear mode ..only Support continue live feed on fluent mode..but if it works for you is ok.. enjoy
