IVMS-4500 Defaults to Fluent

Hi guys. I just got my Hunt (Rebranded Hikvision) IP/NVR video system installed today (I can provide system specs if needed) and when I use the IVMS-4500 app, I can manually change the stream from Fluent to Clear. But when I leave the app or logout and load the app again, all cameras have been changed back to Fluent. Is there any way to save it to stay on Clear?

Interesting. I have the opposite “issue.” I have limited bandwidth and prefer iVMS-4500 always use Fluent. While I can pick Clear as needed, it will stay on Clear forever until I switch it back—and this is a problem when my cellular bandwidth is insufficient to support a Clear stream.
