I have been using ivms-4500 on my phone for more than 5 years and can view all my old cameras (purchased 5 years ago) 6 of them.
last month I got a DS-2CD2347G2-LU and it works fine however when I add it to ivms-4500 for the first time it works fine (using IP/Domain and port 8000) but when I close and open the ivms i get "operation failed" message.
now if I go and delete the password and add same password and save it can connect but again if I close and open ivms i get "operation failed". not sure what is the problem?
all my other 6 old cameras work fine in ivms. please help if you have seen this issue.
