ivms 4500 alarm alerts.

hello there... looks like a great forum this....

would anyone be able to point me in the right direction regarding alarm notifications?

everything works on the 4500 app... apart from the alarm alerts.

now yes they are enabled and the technician who fitted everything is miffed also. and tech support did not know what it was either..

im not up on all this but with your help and my mate who fitted them sure we could sort this

im having problems with mine as well. when an alarm event occurs, i will actually get the notification on my phone, however the notification is NOT in the app! which means i cant get any details on which alarm occurred. all i get is the initial generic notification through my phone. i know this doesnt help you much, im just letting you know your not alone.

Some phones you have to go into settings and allow notifications from app

yeah in my phone settings the alerts are set to be allowed.... so still stuck as to what it is...
