Hi

I recently installed a client PC (Lenovo M900 Win7 64bits i7 6700 3.4GHz 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), upon which we are running iVMS-4200 2.6.2.6

The client complained about a visual issue in which there seems to be a 'pixelling' effect on each camera thumbnail in the main grid view

Having seen the client's screen I can attest that the thumbnails in the main grid view are affected by 'flashing pixels' . All thumbnails are affected, one at a time. It is as if iVMS-4200 is sweeping through all the thumbnails.

All streams in the grid view are set as sub/secondary stream views

I downgraded iVMS-4200 to version 2.6.1.6 : same result.
Changed screens : no difference

Updates bios, chipset, LAN driver : no improvement

The Intel HD 530 graphics driver seems to be already up to date

Other computers running iVMS-4200 on the same LAN are not affected by this issue

Any ideas ?

thanks
yann

Try running in day mode 1/500 shutter speed I had mine at 1/25 1/50 looked like the screen was alive but run the switch for night back down to 1/25 it stopped that living pixel motion for me and I run full frame rate and 4065 kbs
With veriable ticked not constant

Thanks Marku
Nothing has changed on the NVR or the cameras
The previous PC didn't have any issues at all
