iVMS-4200, no button to export security certificate for Stream Media Server

I installed iVMS-4200 3.9.1.4. I would like to install Stream Media Server, but I can't find a way to do this.

According to some tutorials online, there should be an Export Tab in iVMS-4200 (Service Management) to export security certificate for Stream Media Server (SMS). Mine is blank as shown in pic below.




Likewise, in iVMS-4200, there should be Stream Media Server tab as shown in pic below. Mine is missing this tab.



Anyone can help?

Hello, I have the same problem with newest versions of iVMS 4200, only 3.4 and 3.2 version are working. It is not more available the Stream Media Server from hikvision??? Regards

After a long search, I can confirm Stream Media Server is discontinued by Hikvision:

Hello trempa92 !! We use iVMS (only have a few nvr´s) HikCentral is cost-free or paid ? because we have more than 64 cameras... (maybe is expensive)

Well it is paid. But having 64 cameras somehow indicates you have what it needs
