iVMS-4200.exe Run Error

I can't open the iVMS-4200 software client anymore.

I tried to uninstall the software then reinstall. At loading screen, about 50%, there is a Run Error message, then "DecodeProcess has stopped working"...

I am running under Windows 10

Tried two version of iVMS and i tried opening as admin too. Nothing works...
