iVMS 4200 and the hard drive is full

I just downloaded the 4200 software. I formatted the 3TB Purple drive (OS is on another HDD). Now the HD is completely full except like 3GB remaining. The package 000, 001, and 002 all have about .97 TB in each folder. How is this possible after I just formatted that drive? Thank for any help.

That's how it is supposed to be, iVMS-4200 will fill up the HD with its propietary files.

So that is normal? It was full right after I formatted the HDD.
