Issues with 4.3.9.7?

I just upgraded to 4.3.9.7 and now can't turn off BI motion highlights and boxes. Also, power management now shuts down PC at night. All of this was working correctly before the update.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

OS: Windows 7 Professional
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3670 @ 3.20GHz [61%]
