Is there a short-cut to turn all cameras to continuous recording in BI?

Hi,
Currently all my cameras are set to record with Motion Detection. In the event of an emergency, is there a quick short-cut to enable continuous recording on all cameras?

yes simply create a profile where all cameras record continuously.

OK, I'm still a little confused, so, here is what I have done so far.
1. Under Main Menu/Settings Info/Profiles, I have renamed Profile 2 "Continuous". Temp time is set at 480 for all profiles. Can I have a quick explanation of this please?
2. I then selected a camera and went into Camera Settings. Under the Record tab, I changed the Profile to "Continuous", deselected "Synch with Profile 1" and set the Video to "Continuous". I assume I do this for each camera and save.

Am I on the right track here?
